Fees
Standard session fees start from $200 per 50-60 minute consultation. Session frequency is usually
determined by the client and acute risk and flexibility are key considerations. Prior to your first session,
you will receive a consent form outlining important information about fees, payment, confidentiality,
and the privacy policy.
The first session is an opportunity for you to share the reasons you are seeking psychological treatment,
and to begin working on therapy goals and a treatment plan. Most people find this initial meeting a
helpful first step.
Confidentiality

essentially held in confidence; however therapists have professional obligations with regard to
mandatory reporting which at times limits the possibility of confidentiality, this will be explained in the
first session.
